Hybrid Cookware warranty

Our hybrid cookware is designed and made with craftsmanship. After extensively testing the proper composition of our hybrid cookware, we are proud to announce that we offer a 5-year warranty on this product series. Durability is something that is very important to us, the hybrid collection is also made of durable materials that will last for years.

Matero Cookware warrants that their Hybrid Cookware will be free from defects in material, construction, or workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase under normal use and following care instructions. Matero will replace the original product if it is found to have manufacturing defects.

Excluded from this warranty:

• Normal wear and tear expected during use like dulling, scratching, and rust.
• Damage resulting from abuse or improper maintenance.
• Damage resulting from modification or disassembly.
• Damage resulting from failure to comply with care and use instruction.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
